We are always pragmatic in our solutions and never recommend a new technology merely for the sake of it being ‘cutting edge’. Trinito team members are formally accredited and trained across all the vendors that we support ensuring that they are fully equipped with the skills needed to advise, implement and support the technologies of each vendor that we offer. We also have privileged access to the support teams of the many vendors who we partner with, allowing us to quickly escalate and resolve problems on behalf of clients.
Assessing new technology
Our team of knowledge area specialists are charged with assessing new technologies matching their specialist knowledge area. Any new innovation that is deemed to have merit to our existing client base or beneficial application to the sectors we operate in is selected for further appraisal by our technical direction team. Successful assessment leads to us adopting the technology into our offering with all applicable training and certifications being obtained.
