Our project management team has a wide range of technology and sector based experience which mirrors Trinito’s as a company. As such we always look to utilise this individual experience when building a management team around our clients’ own project objectives. To aid efficiency and add value, project management is often included in any project where a client utilises multiple interrelated services from our 360° portfolio. Our project management team can also be used independently outside of Trinito’s own services to support our clients’ own initiatives. Procurement & Supply

Our sales and procurement team can help you with all of your IT purchasing requirements from quotations and sourcing to matching specifications. They are also a great asset to have when negotiating direct with vendors for large infrastructural requirements. Trinito offer an extensive range of hardware, software, support and licensing solutions for over 40 vendors with a competitive range of finance and purchase options e.g. renting, leasing etc.

To support your hardware and organisation as it changes we can also assist with hardware lifecycle opportunities like buy backs and re-marketing for unused assets. We also offer recycling services to help you comply with increasingly strict regulations and to realise any remaining value before disposal.

No matter how well planned and designed, virtually all new technology projects encounter a few unforeseeable bugs. While most are acceptably ironed out during the testing phase and also via post-deployment support, there will be still be instances where the IT is so critical to the organisation that the risks these bugs present are so considerable that they must be completely eliminated.

In these circumstances we offer full scale staging and lab test facilities where we are able to simulate and control the demands imposed on the system to match those in a production environment. We can even run parallel real-time tests using live data input from existing system(s) to fully simulate the actual production demands. This type of testing also allows for staggered implementations where parts of the new system can strategically phase-out those in the existing system. Site surveying, network auditing and technical training are some of the other important pre-implementation services that we also offer.
