All Trinito clients' regardless of size are assigned their own Relationship Manager (or relationship team for larger organisations); whose job is to offer a personalised link to our full range of services and solutions and also to provide quick and considered access to the right specialist knowledge and expertise.

Our project management team has a wide range of technology and sector based experience which mirrors Trinito's as a company. As such we always look to utilise this individual experience when building a management team around our clients' own project objectives. To aid efficiency and add value, project management is often included in any project where a client utilises multiple interrelated services from our 360° portfolio. Our project management team can also be used independently outside of Trinito's own services to support our clients' own initiatives. Our sales and procurement team can help you with all of your IT purchasing requirements from quotations and sourcing to matching specifications. They are also a great asset to have when negotiating direct with vendors for large infrastructural requirements. Trinito offer an extensive range of hardware, software, support and licensing solutions for over 40 vendors with a competitive range of finance and purchase options e.g. renting, leasing etc.

To support your hardware and organisation as it changes we can also assist with hardware lifecycle opportunities like buy backs and re-marketing for unused assets. We also offer recycling services to help you comply with increasingly strict regulations and to realise any remaining value before disposal.

No matter how well planned and designed, virtually all new technology projects encounter a few unforeseeable bugs. While most are acceptably ironed out during the testing phase and also via post-deployment support, there will be still be instances where the IT is so critical to the organisation that the risks these bugs present are so considerable that they must be completely eliminated.

In these circumstances we offer full scale staging and lab test facilities where we are able to simulate and control the demands imposed on the system to match those in a production environment. We can even run parallel real-time tests using live data input from existing system(s) to fully simulate the actual production demands. This type of testing also allows for staggered implementations where parts of the new system can strategically phase-out those in the existing system. With your new IT solution planned, procured and adequately tested we can then offer the resources needed to make a successful deployment and ensure it works as planned within the network as a whole. Experienced integrators make up a significant part of our engineering team with expertise across not only our own portfolio of vendors but also of many others making up modern and legacy networks.

Security services including vulnerability assessments are offered under our consultancy and planning services with penetration testing being one of our most common post-implementation services. Network additions and software updates are not the only reason to consider the service as even once secure networks can be subject to compromise by sophisticated new penetration techniques as well as those exploiting newly found vulnerability in established solutions.

As your organisation changes its objectives or expands we can help your existing solution evolve to reflect this. System monitoring and health checks allow us to manage the current solution better by organising and reconfiguring assets to reflect trends in usage. The same thinking is also employed through capacity assessments where we project the impact of things like organisational growth and demand on the solution. With this insight we are then able to provide more informed advice on the lifespan of the current solution and ways to plan and budget for any expansion required with our hardware lifecycle specialists.

Trinito offers a wide variety of support, maintenance and continuity solutions to help you cover everything from individual devices to whole networks; you can even completely outsource all of your IT support requirements. Our solutions include vendor delivered support products like Cisco SMARTnet, Juniper J-care and HP Care Packs or alternatively our own solutions under the CoverActive brand.

CoverActive offers a range of pre-packaged, managed and co-managed services in two distinct forms. The first 'Core' enables the support of devices individually via a pre-packaged set of configurable service options. The other 'Partner +' offers a wide range of fully customisable services to support and maintain multiple devices, networks or even the entire IT requirements of an organisation. This specialist part of our sales and procurement team are responsible for all your post-purchase hardware requirements including: warrantees, parts and repairs, upgrades, asset recovery opportunities like buyback, trade in and re-marketing and finally recycling and data destruction. They also work very closely with our support and continuity team to implement everything from warranty and support solutions to expanding the life span of hardware now classed by the vendor as 'end of life' through CoverActive support offerings.
